Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are made custom by hand once the order is placed.

January 2, 2022 - Orders are open. Present estimated processing time: 2 to 4 plus weeks, before shipping. We will update this section as processing times go up or down.  If we have to custom order any supplies for your order, or during busy times of year, it could take longer than our current regular estimated processing time.

 

Pick up option is suspended at this time, however, if you are set on picking up and do not mind waiting a bit extra for your order, please DM or email us to discuss.

We ship all of our products within Canada using reputable carriers and we ALWAYS provide you with a tracking number (because let's be honest, we love to check up on our incoming packages five times a day). We charge a flat shipping fee for orders within Ontario of $15.00 (spend over $120.00 and shipping is on us). We charge a flat shipping fee for orders within Canada, but outside Ontario, of $20.00 (spend over $150.00 and shipping is on us).

Orders to the USA are charged a $20.00 flat shipping fee and are shipped with Canada Post which switches over to USPS once it enters the US. All customers ordering from the US will be provided with a tracking number. These could take about 15 business days, but again once it leaves our hands we have no control.

Customers assume responsibility for their order once it is with the shipping company or out on the porch for porch pick-up, therefore if a package is lost or stolen we suggest the customer contact the shipping company to resolve. For pick-ups: please collect your order ASAP and at the time you indicated.

Return & Exchange Policy

All orders are custom made and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange. If you would like to make changes to your order after ordering, it may be subject to a change fee or denied depending on the status of your order/request.

 

We're reasonable people and we know sh*t happens, so if you're not happy with your order let us know at packhardware@gmail.com, contact us on social, or message us through the website and we will evaluate the circumstances to see what we can do.

 

If you make an error at checkout on our website, i.e. forget to use a discount code, or simply wish to cancel your order before production has begun, we are happy to do so. Refunds processed on partial or full payments accepted through our website will be subject to a 3% administrative fee, at the discretion of Pack Hardware, as certain fees are paid to the website provider from the initial payment. Please be sure to check your order over and ensure you have applied any relevant discount codes prior to ordering.

Warranty Policy

We are committed to making products that last through your toughest adventures. All of our products have been tested and handmade to ensure safety for not only you, but also your pups.  If anything is wrong with your Pack Hardware gear when you receive it, we'll work to make it right.

When you receive your product, please inspect it for damages or defects. If you believe that you have received a damaged or defective product, please e-mail us at packhardware@gmail.com.

Our warranty policy covers new and unused products from

  • Manufacturing and material defects on brand new and unused products only

Our warranty policy does not cover

  • Improperly used or misuse of the product

  • Used products

  • Damages caused by chewing, cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications

  • Damages caused by or resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, or fire

  • Loss or Theft

Like we said, sh*t happens, and we want you to be happy, so even if Fido chewed through his leash, let us know and we'd be happy to chat about how we can help.​

By purchasing any Pack Hardware product the customer hereby agrees that Pack Hardware is not responsible for any accident or injury that may arise, directly or indirectly, from the use of any Pack Hardware products.

By purchasing Pack Hardware products, the customer acknowledges and agrees to accept all responsibility.

We will update this section as processing times go up or down.  If we have to custom order any supplies for your order, or during busy times of year, it could take longer than our current regular estimated processing time. ACCEPTING HOLIDAY ORDERS UNTIL NOVEMBER 1, 2021, TO ENSURE YOU GET THEM BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS! If you are in the GTA, pick-up is available, only on select dates each month, in Oakwood Village (Oakwood Ave and Vaughan Rd). If your order is not collected on the pick-up day within 4 days, it will be taken off the porch and put out at the next pick-up date. We suggest shipping if you would like your order faster as pick-up dates will be only offered a few times a month.
