Pack Buy Back

Do you have a biothane leash or long line (any company) you are no longer using, or a product that could use a refresh? As a way of repurposing goods, Pack Hardware is excited to announce a new trial program beginning with leashes and long lines; Pack Buy Back! 

 

How it works:

If you have a biothane leash or long line you are looking to “off load” reach out through our Pack Buy Back. Once we review your product a Pack member will reach out. If the product still has adventures left to give we will offer you a store credit (based on the type and condition of your product) to upgrade your gear in exchange for your used gear.

Your used gear will then be cleaned up and repurposed to create a sale, pre-made product on our website or a donation to a local dog rescue. Shipping and or pick up will be arranged with costs split between Pack Hardware and the Seller. Any products we do not/can not repurpose will be donated to a selected rescue (as long as they pass our safety inspection).

 

Please note this program will run as a trial beginning with leashes and long lines. The goal is to learn from this trial to find a way to make this work longterm! 

 

The hope of the Pack Buy Back is to provide lower cost options to our buyers as well as repurposing goods that are being under utilized and extend the usability and life cycle of pre-loved biothane products!

 

We love biothane for its durability but understand the desire for a refresh! Get the best of both worlds though the buy back program!
